Angela was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1993, concentrating in workers' compensation law and personal injury. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, earning her B.A. in Economics in 1990, and a graduate from the University of Toledo Law School in 1993. Her legal experience began in private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, wherein she handled workers' compensation cases, personal injury and employment related legal issues. She continued her legal career in Columbus, Ohio, where she was an Assistant Attorney General from 1995-1999, in the Workers' Compensation Section, assigned to counties throughout the state of Ohio, but primarily in southern Ohio counties, including Scioto, Lawrence, Pike, Ross and Jackson Counties. As a former Assistant Attorney General, she gained litigation experience in workers' compensation law, including trial and appellate work, handling cases in the Court of Common Pleas, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio. In 1999, she entered private practice, representing injured workers throughout the state of Ohio. Due to her caseload in Southern Ohio, in 2010, she established two offices located in Portsmouth and Jackson, Ohio. In the course of her career, she has handled thousands of administrative claims and court cases.

In her spare time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling. She resides with her family and Irish Setter, Rossi, in Portsmouth, Ohio.
